HBO's decision to change the name of its streamer from HBO Max to Max,X-Deal (2011) and then back to Max again two years later, has been an almost comically ridiculous journey — but at least the company's got a sense of humour about it.

After HBO parent company Warner Bros. Discovery announced the name change on Wednesday, the social media manager running the official @StreamOnMax account proceeded to have a lot of fun with the oldnew name.
