After 24 hours of silence018 Archives you knew it was coming: Donald Trump finally tweeted about Roseanne Barr's racist comments about Valerie Jarrett and the subsequent cancelation of her ABC show. And, of course, he managed to do so in the most Trumpian way possible.

Second, Trump manages to make it all about himself. "ME ME ME ME ME!" Nevermind the racist trash Barr said or the dozens of people laid off as a result of her show's cancelation or, heaven forbid, Jarrett as a victim of blatant racism. No, it's all about Trump.

Third, Trump uses the third person which is a very Donald Trump thing to do. It's the same kind of arrogant disconnect that allows him to take a national flashpoint about racism and make it all about himself.

And, in case you were wondering, yes, Roseanne retweeted him.

Remember when the most controversial thing that happened in the wake of a race-related incident was Obama's "Beer Summit"?

Of course, what else did we expect? This is the same guy who played the "Gotta hear both sides" card last year when white supremacists set off violence in Charlottesville that resulted in the death of an innocent woman.

It's all just one big broken record, second verse same as the first.
