Based on Presley's 1986 memoir Elvis And Me,Priscillabegins when a teenage Priscilla Beaulieu (Cailee Spaeny) meets Elvis Presley (Jacob Elordi) at a party in 1959 — yes, when Priscilla was still at high school and he was 24 and in the military. A whirlwind and often turbulent romance follows (the Presleys ​married in 1967 and divorced in 1973), with the film promising time at their iconic residence, Graceland. The film's first look appears intoxicating and emotional — just like the material it follows.

Coppola's film is set to release in October, with an original score by Phoenix, led by Coppola's husband Thomas Mars.
